Meet Our Chief Visionary Officer, Kiki!
A proud Miami native and purpose-driven leader, Kiki brings over two decades of experience and passion to the aviation industry. In 2001, she co-founded a successful FAA-certified Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility serving both commercial and military aircraft. After nearly 20 years of growth and leadership, the company was successfully merged and sold in 2019.
Throughout her career, Kiki attended countless industry conferences and tradeshows, where she was continually inspired by the camaraderie, dedication, and pride of aviation professionals. Motivated by that collective spirit, she founded AL22D®, a platform created to unite the AvFAM community and channel their shared passion toward a greater purpose.
The Meaning Behind AL22D®
Short for Altitude | Pronounced al·tuh·tood
The name ALTITUDE is carefully rendered using the Morse Code alphabet, establishing a direct link to the captivating world of aviation.
Its graphical arrangement evokes the shape of a wing, resembling an upward-pointing arrow, symbolizing a flight that transcends boundaries.
